After completing the online application on the registration page, Refersion typically sends an email notification within 3–5 business days. Once your application is approved, you can access your account and start sharing links/banners. Visitors can click on the links/banners to purchase products.

Refersion affiliate members will earn a standard 10% commission rate for all referrals who sign up for a Refersion direct-pay subscription using their links and/or approved email conversion triggers.

We reserve the right to revoke commissions due to refunds. Commissions will be paid via PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account information is accurate and up-to-date to receive payments.

The Refersion Affiliate Program is designed to help affiliates promote through their legitimate influence channels. Promoting through paid traffic (including any AdWords campaigns), retargeting, discount and/or coupon websites, or any other method that Refersion determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will result in any commissions being denied and may jeopardize your continued participation in the Refersion program.

All affiliate members must comply with all federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction. This includes applicable marketing email regulations (such as the CAN-SPAM Act) and all other anti-spam laws.

Refersion reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliate members from our affiliate program at any time without notice. Upon termination, you agree to cease using all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by Refersion. Affiliate members terminated for malicious posting strategies will also have their commissions revoked and may be removed from the Refersion network.

● Each order will only generate one commission.

● If duplicate tracking occurs (e.g., referral link + coupon, or across different affiliate platforms), commission will be attributed according to our internal attribution rules to ensure fairness for all affiliates.

● If both a referral link and a coupon code are applied to the same order, the coupon code attribution will take priority over the referral link.

● Repeatedly tracked orders will be converted based on the latest click time.

All orders are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to decline commissions that:

● Do not comply with our attribution policy, or

● Are identified as duplicates across multiple platforms.

● Affiliates are strictly prohibited from placing orders via their own referral links.

● No paid search ads or bidding on brand keywords.
